1. Acceptance

By accessing or using TakeQV you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

TakeQV is a software-as-a-service platform that turns text prompts into AI-generated videos. Features vary by subscription plan.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Magic-link tokens expire after 15 minutes.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use TakeQV to:

• Generate content that is harmful, unlawful or discriminatory.
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the service.
• Share account credentials with other users beyond your plan seat limit.

5. Intellectual property

You own the output videos you generate. TakeQV retains ownership of the platform, models and infrastructure. You grant TakeQV a limited licence to process your input prompts solely to provide the service.

6. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing country. Downgrade or cancel at any time from your dashboard.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, TakeQV's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding a claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
